Valdor Shareholders Appoint New Directors
October 29, 2014 - Vancouver, B.C.
Valdor Technology International Inc. ("Valdor") (TSX: VTI-V) (OTC: VTIFF) (Frankfurt: VZAA) is pleased to report that during Valdor's recent Annual General Meeting all proposals presented by Management were approved by the shareholders with more than 99% of votes in favour.
Three new Directors were elected to the Board:
Mr. Robert Sanderson is a self-employed businessman. He owns and operates agricultural businesses in southern Manitoba. He has been a major shareholder in numerous junior public companies and he currently holds an investment of more than 8% of the Valdor market cap.
Mr. Anand Gokel completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (B.A.Ec.) from the University of California - Irvine. Mr. Gokel is a self-employed businessman/hotelier. He owns and manages hotels in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.
Mr. Ryan Pavey completed a Bachelor of Science with Honors (B.Sc.Hons.) in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc.M.E.), both from the University of Alberta. Mr. Pavey practices in the field of Mechanical Engineering and is a self-employed Consulting Engineer.
